3 ingredients Oat Cookies


Oat – 170 gram (around 1 cup)

Banana x 2

Dried fruits of your choice


1) Mash bananas with fork

2) Mix oats with mashed bananas (as long as the mixture sticks together adjust the amount of oats and bananas)

3) Pour some hot water over the dried fruits to soften (do this step quickly if using Goji berries as they become soggy very quickly)

4) Chop dried fruits to small pieces and add to the mix

5) Bake in oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes or so until crunchy


Yummy Mummy’s tip: 

I used mainly Goji berries because they are less sweet and sticky. Better for Ragnar’s teeth. Not to say they are very high in iron (more than spinach!) and contain all essential amino acids and considerable doses of vitamins A & C. Normal dried fruits get stuck between his teeth easily. I did mixed in a little bit of dried cranberries here and used moulds to create car and fish shaped cookies.
